To keep everything as fresh and low-waste as possible, we’re starting with a pre-order system.

This means:

🌱 Mushrooms are harvested fresh to order
📦 No surplus, no waste
📧 You’ll receive an email confirming when your mushrooms are ready for collection

This approach allows us to bring you incredible quality while supporting truly local food production.

We’re beginning with varieties like Lion’s Mane and other wood-loving species — with more to come as this grows.
