  1. Contact our customer service team at 01522 449610 or admin@middleworldfarms.org within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  3. We will confirm whether a replacement, refund or credit is appropriate.

Fresh produce is perishable. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a quality issue.
