All of our mushrooms are grown on organic, sustainable and natural materials. We carefully select all of the materials and create our production blocks on site here at the farm. So we know we can tell you everything about your food! We believe that traceability is key when it comes to food products so if you have any questions regarding this please email us and we would love to share the details of our substrate and mycomaterials used.
Sometimes our oyster mushrooms are grown on straw or even reused products such as coffee grounds, sustainability and quality are always at the front of our operations.
