Tender yet firm with a smooth, velvety bite. Caps are delicate while stems remain pleasantly chewy, holding their shape well during cooking without becoming rubbery.

All of our mushrooms are grown on organic, sustainable and natural materials. We carefully select all of the materials and create our production blocks on site here at the farm. So we know we can tell you everything about your food! Sometimes our oyster mushrooms are grown on straw or even reused products such as coffee grounds, sustainability and quality are always at the front of our operations.
