The £4 charge unlocks the Custom Box system, allowing you to hand-pick your produce instead of receiving a standard pre-packed selection. Because every box is built individually to your choices — rather than packed in bulk — it takes more time to harvest, plan, and pack.

Unless you’re planning on collecting an empty box (which we don’t recommend! 😉), you’ll need to add produce to complete your order.

This product unlocks access to your personal Box Configurer inside your account area, where you can hand-pick exactly what goes into your veg box from our live farm shop stock.

How It Works

1. Add this Custom Box to your basket

2. Complete checkout (£4 box fee)

3. Log in to your account

4. Go to My Account → Box Configurer

5. Build your box from available produce

You’ll be choosing from whatever is currently being harvested and in stock — meaning your box always reflects what’s fresh on the farm right now.

Minimum Spend

To complete your Custom Box you must add:

• Minimum £20 of produce from the shop

• Plus the £4 Custom Box fee paid at checkout

Total minimum box value: £24

Box Rules

• Maximum 2 of any single item

• Stock changes weekly based on harvests and seasonality

• You’re welcome to build your box above the minimum value

Cut-Off Time

All Custom Box selections must be completed by Wednesday — 18:00.

This allows us time to harvest, plan, and pack your produce fresh for your delivery or collection slot. Any boxes not finalised by the cut-off may be packed on your behalf from available farm produce.
